Noma Condo transactions with contracts dated Dec 27 to Jan 3 [DONE DEALS]

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A four-bedroom apartment at St Thomas Suites, located along St Thomas Walk in the Orchard Road area, will be put up for auction by Knight Frank on Jan 17. An owner’s sale, the property has a guide price of $4.65 million, says Karen Ker, assistant manager at Knight Frank, who is handling the auction. This is the second time the property will be put up for auction. The unit measures 2,012 sq ft, which means the guide price works out to $2,311 psf. It is tenanted until July 1, and will be sold with the existing tenancy, says Ker. It has a private lift lobby which leads directly to the home’s entrance.
